Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-05 | Read the clinic's Google listing on 2026-10-05 in 3 review orders (11 distinct reviews, dated 2024-10-06 to 2026-09-21; 4.9 from 123): owner replies false. |
| 2026-10-01 | Read the clinic's English website and its Facebook page for the past year on 2026-10-01: 3D imaging, an online treatment-request form, step-by-step treatment explanations and English-language service are documented. |
| 2026-10-01 | Review platforms re-checked: no profile on WhatClinic, Dental Departures or Bookimed, so "reviewed on other platforms" changed from yes to no. |
| 2026-09-30 | Read the clinic's own website (ekdent.al, linked from its Instagram) and its Instagram accounts on 2026-09-30 (every post of the past 12 months and the highlight albums): recorded the website, its English version and service pages, emergency and children's care, X-ray, orthodontics and dental tourism; no standing prices were found, only time-limited anniversary offers. |
| 2026-09-30 | Read the clinic's own Facebook page and the dentist's profile on 2026-09-30 (About, contact section and every post of the past 12 months); recorded a free consultation and no other published prices, and linked the clinic's page as its Facebook contact. |
| 2026-09-29 | Checked TripAdvisor's own search for a profile: none found. The clinic has no website; its Google Business Profile does not list a website either, so there is no self-published channel that could carry a TripAdvisor link. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: published prices and the cleaning, filling, crown, implant, consultation and X-ray prices now unverified: the clinic has no website and its social page was not checked for this; review recency within 3 months (newest review dated 2026-09-21). |
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic’s Google listing, its Facebook page link and a third-party dental-media directory profile; no official clinic website was found on any of them, and the Google Business Profile carries no website field. Recorded: no price information on any checked channel; address published on the Google listing; Google rating now 4.9 from 123 reviews (previously 5.0 from 119), no recurring complaints and no signs of manipulated reviews; Saturday hours published. Still unverified: services offered, equipment, English-language communication and TripAdvisor presence; prices may be listed on the clinic’s Facebook page, which could not be read. |
| 2026-08-26 | License verification 2026-08-26 against QKB Regjistri Tregtar and USSH Regjistri i Stomatologeve: clinic not located under trade-name/owner-name variants tried ('Ekdent', 'Lamcja'); Klevis Lamcja's USSH dentist license is active. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: no website is listed in the record on file or on the clinic's Google profile (still unset; only social-media pages found, none confirmed as an official site); phone confirmed unchanged and matches the Google listing exactly; address refined to the Google-listed location description (Gener 2 complex near the lake dam); business open; captured first Google rating 5.0 (119 reviews), place URL and coordinates. |
